Acknowledgement

The Rights Advocacy Project acknowledges the traditional owners of the land on which we live and operate. We recognise that sovereignty was never ceded and that this land always was and always will be Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander land. We pay our respects to First Nations Elders past and present and acknowledge the First Nations as the first law makers. We also acknowledge the role of the legal system in perpetuating the injustices experienced by First Nations peoples.
